Sharalyn Cheney

Client Services Manager (Serving since 2025)

Sharalyn Cheney serves as Client Services Manager at Florida Baptist Financial Services, where she leads the team dedicated to supporting our clients with excellence. With more than 10 years of experience in client service and team leadership, and a special passion for working alongside faith-based organizations, Sharalyn brings both skill and heart to ensuring every client feels cared for and confident in the services we provide.
 

Though she officially joined FBFS in September 2025, she has related to us as a client since 2020, giving her a unique perspective of what it feels like to be on both sides of the relationship. A graduate of Colorado Technical University with a degree in Business Management, she also brings training in leadership development and strengths in organization, planning, and communication.

Originally from the cornfields of Indiana, Sharalyn and her husband, Jay, made the move to Jacksonville with their three children: Jay, Mikayla, and Greyson. Outside of work, you’ll often find her reading, writing letters to pen pals, organizing (for fun!), or enjoying a walk.
