The financial resources invested in the Fund are:

Pooled to underwrite first and second mortgage loans to churches, missions and agencies affiliated with the Florida Baptist Convention.
These loans help these ministries to purchase, build, renovate or refinance their facilities.
The loan interest paid back is used to pay interest earned to investors and is also reinvested in Kingdom causes.
