Curtis Clark

Curtis D. Clark has served in pastoral ministry, church leadership, and stewardship development for more than three decades. A graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and an English minor, he also earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Curtis has faithfully served churches in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Alabama in a variety of ministry roles including senior pastor, interim pastor, minister of music and youth, and senior adult pastor.

From 2002–2018, Curtis served as Senior Pastor of Thomasville Road Baptist Church where the church experienced significant growth in worship attendance, missions’ engagement, discipleship ministries, staffing, and facilities expansion. During his tenure, the church completed multiple capital campaigns totaling more than $10 million and expanded its local and international missions’ partnerships throughout the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe.

Since 2019, Curtis has served as a Generosity Strategist with Generis, coaching pastors and church leaders in stewardship development, capital fundraising, discipleship strategy, and vision communication. He has also continued serving local churches through interim and part-time pastoral ministry, helping congregations navigate seasons of transition, healing, and renewed vision.

Curtis has been actively involved in denominational leadership, including service as a trustee for Lifeway Christian Resources and leadership roles with Florida Baptist organizations and ministries. Beginning January 1, 2026, he started serving Florida Baptist Financial Services, assisting churches and ministries with financial stewardship and strategic planning.

Curtis and his wife, Martha, have been married since 1987 and live in Pace, Florida. They have two children, five grandsons, and enjoy family time, fishing, gardening, piano, and Baylor sports.
