Coady Cheek

Born and raised in rural Illinois, Coady moved to Lakeland, Florida in 2008 to attend college at Southeastern University. After graduating with a B.S. in Finance, he began his career in the banking industry, spending more than 14 years serving community banks and credit unions. Throughout his career, Coady has been driven by a genuine passion for serving people and helping organizations thrive.

Shortly after graduation, Coady met his wife, Ashley, and they were married in 2014. The Lord has blessed the Cheeks with two beautiful daughters, Annie (4) and Lilly (2).

Coady and Ashley were part of the core group that planted The King’s Church, participating before its official launch in Fall 2018. Coady currently serves as a Deacon and Treasurer and sits on the church’s Finance Committee. He finds great joy in serving the local church and supporting its mission.

In his free time, Coady enjoys spending time with his family, running, and playing basketball.
