Ways to Invest Your Resources:

Demand Certificates
Your principal and accrued interest is available on demand, without penalty.
  • $1,000 minimum investment ($3,000 for Individual Retirement Accounts)
  • No mandatory term of commitment
Time Certificates & Current YIELDS
You invest for a set time. Early redemption penalty applies.
  • $1,000 minimum investment ($3,000 for Individual Retirement Accounts)
  • Early redemption penalty is 120 days of interest on the amount of principal withdrawn.
Individual Retirement Accounts
CGIF offers traditional as well as Roth IRA accounts through our custodian. Individuals may invest their IRA dollars in Demand Certificates as well as Timed Certificates.
  • $750,000 minimum investment ($750,000 for Individual Retirement Accounts)
  • Early redemption penalty on Time Certificate is 120 days of interest on the amount of principal withdrawn.
Flexible Certificates
Either a Demand or Time Certificate paying a preferred yield to an investor who invests over $750,000.
