Carol serves as a Loan Administration Representative at Florida Baptist Financial Services, bringing over 25 years of experience in residential mortgage lending. Before joining FBFS, she worked as a Loan Processor, Trainer, and Disclosure Specialist, developing deep expertise in loan administration and client service.
She is passionate about providing excellent client support and ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision. Carol finds joy in serving others and being part of a team dedicated to helping churches achieve their financial goals with excellence.
Carol attended Tuskegee University, where she earned a degree in Political Science, and she attends Elevate Life Church.
